1. VILLA VICTORIA BARCELONA


VILLA BOOKING:

  • The villa is booked upon receipt of the prepayment.
  • This prepayment should be made by credit card or bank transfer.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until Villa Victoria Barcelona receives the pre-payment and you receive the confirmation email from Villa Victoria Barcelona.
  • This confirmation email contains all your booking details such as the address of the villa, contact details, balance due on arrival and other arrival and departure instructions.
  • Upon arrival, you must pay the remaining balance and the refundable security deposit as long as they have not been paid in advance in order to be able to stay in the property.
  • In case you would like to make the final payment before arrival, please contact us.


PAYMENT DETAILS:

  • You can pay the remaining balance in cash or credit card. Payments made by credit card will incur a 1% (Visa or MasterCard) additional fee.
  • Under certain circumstances, payments can also be made via bank transfer provided that: the corresponding net amount has to be received in our bank account at least 1 week prior to arrival (bank charges are paid by the guest).
  • If the security deposit is remaining upon arrival, it can only be paid by Credit Card.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • All cancellations or booking changes must be made via email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
  • In order to confirm a direct booking, you will have to make a reservation deposit of the 40% of the total without including the final cleaning fee and city tax.
  • In the event of a cancellation for a direct booking there is a cancellation charge corresponding to the number of days it was made prior to the day of arrival:
  • o   Cancellations made more than 90 days from arrival date will receive a 100% refund of all payments received by the property.
  • o   Cancellations made less than 90 days from the arrival date will forfeit all payments received by the property.
  • If the booking has been confirmed via any third agency, we will apply their cancelation policies.
  • In the event that the guest changes the dates, it will be considered a new booking and will be subject to the standard cancellation procedures.
  • If, in any moment after receipt of the confirmation email, Villa Victoria Barcelona is unavailable to host you or provide a property with similar characteristics, the client will be refunded subject to the following conditions: 100% of the paid amount plus compensation of a 10 % of the payment if it’s before arrival or the remaining amount of the booking if the guest is already in the villa plus compensation of a 10 % of the remaining amount. A major cause does not apply for these conditions.
  • All refunds are payable by bank transfer and are subject to bank fees.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the reservation during the first 48 hours in case of any double booking.


SECURITY DEPOSIT:                                    

  • If the security deposit has not been paid during the booking process, upon arrival guests will be asked to provide a security deposit as guarantee for the Villa and its content for any damages caused.
  • Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your security deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages.
  • Therefore and to guarantee the return of the Villa and its furniture, fittings and utensils in the same condition the tenant gives Villa Victoria Barcelona the amount of the 2.000 € in concept of a damage deposit.
  • If the security deposit is charged upon arrival it will be charged via credit card only. If there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded to the same credit card maximum 3 days after the guests left the property and the respective inspection for damages has been done.
  • During your stay we ask you to contact your contact person on Villa Victoria Barcelona if you find anything missing or in bad condition or if you accidentally break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it are. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something that can be fixed or replaced.
  • The owner will have 24 hours to fix any problem of the property after it is notified and the guest will allow entering to all the necessary employees to fix it. If in less than this established time it is solved, there will be no possibility of compensation.
  • If the damage deposit is not sufficient to cover the damage caused by the tenant or any other group member, the tenant would have to pay the difference before departure. If the difference is not paid before the departure date there will be a charge to the credit card with which you made the reservation.

PREPARATION FOR ARRIVAL:

  • Please ensure that you provide us with your correct arrival time so that we can plan your check-in and keep your contact person informed of any changes or delays.
  • Please make sure to provide us your contact number and email so we can contact you with regards to your arrival time. You can send this information via email to: “info@villavictoriabarcelona.com” or call on (+34) 652 73 46 91.
  • We can book a transfer to pick you up from the airport prior to your arrival, if you request it in advance.


ARRIVAL DAY:

  • You should call your contact person when you arrive at the airport, or 1 hour prior to arriving (+34) 652 73 46 91.
  • When you arrive to Villa Victoria Barcelona, we will receive you and provide you with the following:
    • Keys of the Villa and Parking (if requested).
    • Instructions on how to use equipment in the property if necessary.
    • Explanations like: villa rules, local grocery stores location, directions to metro station or other information regarding the area in general.
    • Introduction to the housekeeper that will assist you on your stay.
  • Villa Victoria Barcelona will be available at 17:00 the check-in day established on the booking; however we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. You may come to the villa from 12:00 to drop the luggage and return at 17:00 for the check-in.  An early check-in from 12:00 will depend on availability and could cause an additional charge.
  • It is extremely important that we have your correct arrival time. You may have to wait for your contact person and your check-in will be delayed if we do not have this information.
  • If you are arriving after 22.00 h, there is a late check-in fee.


DEPARTURE DAY:

  • You should leave Villa Victoria Barcelona at 11:00 or before on the check-out day established on the booking. Leaving after 11:00 without prior authorization will be penalized with the loss of the security deposit.
  • If you need to leave the property at a later time, please ask if this is possible before the check-in date. We will try to meet your request if we do not have an early arrival the following day. If it is possible, you may stay in the property until 18:00 but this will be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the villa rental price per night. Leaving any time after 18:00 will entail an additional charge corresponding to the full rental price per night of the villa.
  • We can book a transfer to drop you at the airport, if you request it in advance


CLEANING:

  • In the price there is included daily cleaning working days from Monday to Friday (not included: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays). The daily cleaning is for rooms and toilets.
  • The kitchen floor will be cleaned, but not the dishes or food leftovers, for this you will have to use the dishwasher.  In case there are leftovers in the kitchen when the housekeeper arrives, for hygienic reasons it will be cleaned and the client will be charged with an additional 20€/hour.
  • For personal clothes you have washer and dryer at your disposition.
  • Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the Villa in good conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the Villa tidied. If not, there will be an additional cleaning charge.


NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF GUESTS:

  • The client should inform Villa Victoria Barcelona of the exact number of guests in the villa.
  • All the people staying at the Villa will be requested for ID or Passport.
  • At least one person of the group must be adult in his country (the booking must to be signed always by an adult).
  • Only those persons indicated in the booking made by the client may spend the night at Villa Victoria Barcelona, unless an alternative agreement has been reached. In case any unaccounted guest spends the night, an additional charge will be made.
  • The number of clients using Villa Victoria Barcelona should not exceed the number assigned to it.
  • Pets are not allowed unless permission has been specifically granted.
  • Should the client fail to comply with any of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, Villa Victoria Barcelona reserves the right to ask the client to leave the property, and the client in question cannot request any form of compensation.


BEHAVIOR AT THE VILLA:

  • We would appreciate your full cooperation in this matter and we hope you understand that these rules are necessary, as Villa Victoria Barcelona is in a residential area and the nightly rest of other neighbours must be respected, for this matter schedules have to be met:
    • Quiet time is every day from 22:00 to 08:00 (Article 59 – Ajuntament de Barcelona). Loud music, riots or noise that can disturb the neighbors is not allowed.
    • Jacuzzi & pool time is Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 22:30 and weekends from 09:30 to 22:30.

  • The owner or the housekeeping team will close every day the pool and Jacuzzi at 22:30 and open it again at 9:00.
    They will not enter inside the house only in the outside pool area.
    Please remember to don’t step on the pool cover while it is on use.
  • Guests in Villa Victoria Barcelona should be aware that if loud music is played, or a party is held, and the neighbours complain and/or police are called, you may be immediately removed from the villa regardless of the time, day or night and you will lose all payments made including the villa rental and the security deposit.
    In order to respect the neighbors there is a decibel detector.
    Because of this situation, the guests can only bring small portable speakers to the Villa and they are not allowed to play music in the outside at night.
  • Please have in mind that smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Nevertheless you can use the balconies or terraces for this reason.
  • The clients are responsible for reading and meet the pool and Jacuzzi rules that will find on the information posters and on the folder information at Villa Victoria Barcelona.
  • The client, on signing the contract at check-in agrees to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of their accompanying party as well as themselves. If this person or any of the accompanying party behaves in an unsuitable and incorrect manner, Villa Victoria Barcelona reserves the right to ask the person and their accompanying party to leave the villa. Furthermore, from that moment the guest will have no right to future claims or any form of compensation. Finally, the client will lose all payments made including the villa rental and the security deposit. Moreover, if there was any kind of sanction for lack of civism due to illegal activities during their stay, they will respond personally even beyond the security deposit.
  • The use of the pool and the hot tub by third parties not included in the contract is prohibited
  • If the water in the Jacuzzi needs extra cleaning because improper use of the guests an additional fee of 95 € will be charged.
  • Please remember that an adult must always accompany all children under 18 years of age who use the hot tub and swimming pool.
  • During your stay you are allowed to have guests in addition to those established in the contract as long as they do not spend the night in Villa Victoria Barcelona. The maximum additional number of people that you are allowed to invite is 10 people and it will always be subject to written approval from the owners.
  • The objects that are forgotten in the house after the stay, will be kept for a period of 15 days. If they are not claimed within said period, they will be considered abandoned objects, being the decision of the manager the use that is given to them.


SECURITY AND SAFETY:

  • Please keep important values in the safety box. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged values.
  • Please always lock all the exterior doors when you go to sleep or when you leave the villa.
  • Villa Victoria Barcelona is inside a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Although Barcelona is considered a safe city, when you travel to the city center there may be pick-pockets and bag-snatchers so be very careful when you are using public transport or getting into/out of taxis. Whenever possible use money belts and keep your handbags on you at all times, never leave them unattended on chairs in restaurants, in bars or shops and so on. 
  • For security reasons, do not carry the keys and the address of the property together.
  • In case of losing the keys, the guest will pay the cost of changing all door locks and making new sets of keys for a total cost of up to 295 €.
  • The clients and all the villa occupants are obliged to lock the doors and close the windows of the house when they leave the property or when they go to sleep. They must also check that the supplies of the Villa (electricity devices, air conditioning, oven, stoves,...) are closed or turned off when the house is left or when they go to sleep.


LIABILITY:

  • Neither the property, nor the manager of the home, neither the villa team will be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may arise as a result of the behavior of the occupants in the housing facilities, both responsible and irresponsible, for breach of the rules of use of the home, by fire, by misconduct, by theft or by any criminal behavior.
  • The property / owners are not responsible for any possible injury during the stay inside or outside the property (slips, hits...).
  • Victoria Barcelona Properties will not be responsible for the consequences due to problems of the supplying electricity company, weather contingencies or any other cause outside the company.
  • Any external company or professional that offers its services to our guests will be responsible for them. Victoria Barcelona Properties is only responsible of the guests hosting.
  • If during your stay, you require for any reason to stay in the property more than the stablished time, you will be asked to pay the nightly price of the extra nights plus a compensation for the losses from any next confirmed booking that we cannot host in case we have it.
  • May we remind you that on booking Villa Victoria Barcelona you automatically accept our Terms and Conditions, which we expect you to comply. You will also have to sign these Terms and Conditions at check-in on the day of your arrival.
  • In the event that the client fails to comply with the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, Villa Victoria Barcelona reserves the right to ask the client to leave the property, and the client in question cannot request any form of compensation.
  • In case there is a sanction or fee due to incivility, misconduct or illegal behavior from the guest or his accompanying party, the guest will be held responsible for all the damages or detriments beyond the security deposit. Any legal action from the city government caused by the guest’s behavior will be the guest’s responsibility and this will have to respond to the authorities.
  • If any inconvenience is caused and/or there are complaints from neighbors and/or calls from the police for misuse of the home in accordance with current legislation, the client must vacate the home immediately without compensation in return, and must also assume the corresponding penalty, forfeiting the prepaid rent and the refundable damage deposit.


SPECIAL COVID-19 CONDITIONS:

  • Given the COVID-19 situation, we all have to be aware of the capacity limitations in common spaces and make responsible use of them. It will be the client's responsibility to respect all the new regulations of the city of Barcelona (social distance, curfew, limitation of the number of people ...). Any consequence of non-compliance will be the responsibility of the client.
    If at any time the guests exceed the maximum legal number of people the guests confirm that is only because they are cohabitants. 
  • Disclaimer of liability: I, the CLIENT, declare that I have been properly informed of all the measures to prevent possible COVID-19 infections, and that I consider that these measures are adequate and sufficient, which is why I accept them. In addition, I, the CLIENT, declare to be aware that a null risk of transmission and contagion of COVID-19 cannot be guaranteed, that the risk of contagion exists in any public space or establishment that I can visit during my stay, and that it is my responsibility to adopt at all times the necessary security and personal hygiene measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, and to truthfully report any symptoms or suspicions of being affected by COVID-19, before check-in ( check-in) and during the entire time of my stay.
  • Consequently, I, the CLIENT, expressly exonerate the property and the commercial management / operator of the property from any personal or economic responsibility that may arise from a possible contagion of COVID-19 during my stay, including an enunciative title, and in no case limiting, personal and / or economic responsibilities derived from quarantines, medical treatments, transfers, trips, resignations, cancellations, extension of stays, food, or for any other concept directly or indirectly related to the possible contagion of COVD-19, whose responsibility I assume with total exoneration of the property and manager / operator of the apartment. For the record, and in proof of conformity and acceptance of all the above, I, the CLIENT, signed this document.

By booking Villa Victoria Barcelona you are an adult that has already read and accepted our terms and conditions; therefore you are expected to abide these rules and to sign these rules upon check-in on your arrival day. Since the property is located in Barcelona any issue or disagreement between the members of the contract will be resolved by arbitration and mediation rules according to the Barcelona Legal System.


2. VICTORIA CITY CENTER

               

APARTMENT BOOKING:

  • The apartment is booked upon receipt of the prepayment.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until Victoria City Center receives the prepayment and you receive the confirmation email from Victoria City Center.
  • This confirmation email contains all your booking details such as the address of the apartment, contact details, balance due upon arrival and other arrival and departure instructions.
  • Upon arrival, you must pay the remaining balance and the refundable security deposit as long as they have not been paid in advance. In case you would like to make the final payment before arrival, please contact us.

  • If the security deposit is charged upon arrival it will be charged via credit card only. If there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded to the same credit card maximum 4 days after the guests left the property and the respective inspection for damages has been done.
  • During your stay we ask you to contact your contact person on Victoria City Center if you find anything missing or in bad condition or if you accidentally break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it are. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something that can be fixed or replaced.

ARRIVAL DAY:

  • When you arrive to Victoria City Center, our check-in agent will receive you and provide you with the following:
    • Keys of the apartment
    • Instructions on how to use equipment in the apartment if necessary.
    • Explanations on any items like rubbish removal specific to the neighborhood, local grocery stores, directions to metro station or other information regarding the area in general.
  • Victoria City Center will be available at 15:00 the check-in day established on the booking; however we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. You may come to the apartment from 12:00 to drop the luggage and return after the cleaning has ended at 15:00.  An early check-in from 12:00 will depend on availability and could cause an additional charge.
  • It is extremely important that we have your correct arrival time. You may have to wait for your contact person and your check-in will be delayed if we do not have this information.
  • If you are arriving after 20.00 h, there is a late check-in fee of 10 €, after 22.00 h a fee of 20€ and after 00:00 h a fee of 30€; additional 10€ during holidays.


DEPARTURE DAY:

  • You should leave Victoria City Center before or at 11:00 the check-out day established on the booking. Leaving after 11:00 without prior authorization will be penalized.
  • If you need to leave the property at a later time, please ask if this is possible before the check-in date. We will try to meet your request if we do not have an early arrival the following day. If it is possible, you may stay in the property until 18:00 but this will be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the apartment rental price per night.   • We can book a transfer to drop you at the airport, if you request it in advance

If this person or any of the accompanying party behaves in an unsuitable and incorrect manner, Victoria City Center reserves the right to ask the person and their accompanying party to leave the apartment. Furthermore, from that moment the client will have no right to future claims or any form of compensation. Finally, the client will lose all payments made including the apartment rental and the deposit.
    If there was any kind of sanction for lack of civism due to illegal activities during their stay, they will respond personally even beyond the security deposit.
  • We would appreciate your full cooperation in this matter and we hope you understand that these rules are necessary, as the apartment is located in residential area and the nightly rest of other inhabitants must be respected.
  • The objects that are forgotten in the apartment after the stay will be kept for a period of 15 days. If they are not claimed within said period, they will be considered abandoned objects, being the decision of the manager the use that is given to them.
  • If any property or security employee has to enter to the property because of this issue, there will be a minimum charge of 60€. In order to respect the neighbors there is a decibel detector.
  • During your stay you are allowed to have guests in addition to those established in the contract as long as they do not spend the night in Victoria City Center. The maximum additional number of people that you are allowed to invite is 5 people and it will always be subject to approval from the owners.


SECURITY AND SAFETY:

LIABILITY:

  • Neither the property, nor the manager of the home, neither the property team will be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may arise as a result of the behavior of the occupants in the housing facilities, both responsible and irresponsible, for breach of the rules of use of the home, by fire, by misconduct, by theft or by any criminal behavior.
  • Victoria Barcelona Properties will not be responsible for the consequences due to problems of the supplying electricity company, weather contingencies or any other cause outside the company.
  • Any external company or professional that offers its services to our guests will be responsible for them. Victoria Barcelona Properties is only responsible of the guests hosting.

  • If during your stay, you require for any reason to stay in the property more than the stablished time, you will be asked to pay the nightly import of the extra nights plus a compensation for the losses from any next confirmed booking that we cannot host in case we have it.
  • May we remind you that on booking Victoria City Center you automatically accept our Terms and Conditions, which we expect you to comply. You will also have to sign these Terms and Conditions at check-in on the day of your arrival.
  • In the event that the client fails to comply with the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, Victoria City Center reserves the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client in question cannot request any form of compensation.
  • In case there is a sanction or fee due to incivility, misconduct or illegal behavior from the guest or his accompanying party, the guest will be held responsible for all the damages or detriments beyond the security deposit. Any legal action from the city government caused by the guest’s behavior will be the guest’s responsibility and this will have to respond to the authorities.


SPECIAL COVID-19 CONDITIONS:

  • Given the COVID-19 situation, we all have to be aware of the capacity limitations in common spaces and make responsible use of them. It will be the client's responsibility to respect all the new regulations of the city of Barcelona (social distance, curfew, limitation of the number of people ...). Any consequence of non-compliance will be the responsibility of the client.
  • Disclaimer of liability: I, the CLIENT, declare that I have been properly informed of all the measures to prevent possible COVID-19 infections, and that I consider that these measures are adequate and sufficient, which is why I accept them. In addition, I, the CLIENT, declare to be aware that a null risk of transmission and contagion of COVID-19 cannot be guaranteed, that the risk of contagion exists in any public space or establishment that I can visit during my stay, and that it is my responsibility to adopt at all times the necessary security and personal hygiene measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, and to truthfully report any symptoms or suspicions of being affected by COVID-19, before check-in ( check-in) and during the entire time of my stay.
    Consequently, I, the CLIENT, expressly exonerate the property and the commercial management / operator of the apartment from any personal or economic responsibility that may arise from a possible contagion of COVID-19 during my stay, including an enunciative title, and in no case limiting, personal and / or economic responsibilities derived from  quarantines, medical treatments, transfers, trips, resignations, cancellations, extension of stays, food, or for any other concept directly or indirectly related to the possible contagion of COVD-19, whose responsibility I assume with total exoneration of the property and manager / operator of the apartment. For the record, and in proof of conformity and acceptance of all the above, I, the CLIENT, signed this document.

By booking Victoria City Center you are an adult that has already read and accepted our terms and conditions; therefore you are expected to abide these rules and to sign these rules upon check-in on your arrival day. Since the property is located in Barcelona any issue or disagreement between the members of the contract will be resolved by arbitration and mediation rules according to the Barcelona Legal System.


3. VICTORIA DIAGONAL MAR


APARTMENT BOOKING:

  • The apartment is booked upon receipt of the prepayment.
  • This prepayment should be made by credit card or bank transfer.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until Victoria Diagonal Mar receives the prepayment and you receive the confirmation email from Victoria Diagonal Mar.
  • This confirmation email contains all your booking details such as the address of the apartment, contact details, balance due upon arrival and other arrival and departure instructions.
  • Upon arrival, you must pay the remaining balance and the refundable security deposit as long as they have not been paid in advance. In case you would like to make the final payment before arrival, please contact us.


PAYMENT DETAILS:

  • You can pay the remaining balance in cash or credit card. Payments made by credit card will incur in a 1% (Visa or MasterCard) additional fee.
  • Under certain circumstances, payments can also be made via bank transfer provided that: the corresponding net amount has to be received in our bank account at least 1 week prior to arrival (bank charges are paid by the guest).
  • If the security deposit is remaining upon arrival, it can only be paid by Credit Card.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • All cancellations or changes must be made via email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
  • In order to confirm a direct booking, you will have to make a reservation deposit of the 40% of the total without including the final cleaning fee and city tax.
  • In the event of a cancellation for a direct booking there is a cancellation charge corresponding to the number of days it was made prior to the day of arrival:
  • o   Cancellations made more than 30 days from arrival date will receive a 100% refund of all payments received by the property.
  • o   Cancellations made less than 30 days from the arrival date will forfeit all payments received by the property.
  • If the booking has been confirmed via any third agency, we will apply their cancelation policies.
  • In the event that the guest changes the dates, it will be considered a new booking and will be subject to the standard cancellation procedures.
  • If, in any moment after receipt of the confirmation email, Victoria Diagonal Mar is unavailable to host you or provide a property with similar characteristics, the client will be refunded subject to the following conditions: 100% of the paid amount plus compensation of a 10 % of the payment if it’s before arrival or the remaining amount of the booking if the guest is already in the apartment plus compensation of a 10 % of the remaining amount. A major cause does not apply for these conditions.
  • All refunds are payable by bank transfer and are subject to bank fees.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the reservation during the first 48 hours in case of any double booking.


SECURITY DEPOSIT:                                    

  • If the security deposit has not been paid during the booking process, upon arrival guests will be asked to provide it as a guarantee for the apartment and its content for any damages caused.
  • Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your security deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages.
  • Therefore and to guarantee the return of the apartment and its furniture, fittings and utensils in the same condition the tenant gives Victoria Diagonal Mar the amount of the 350 € in concept of a damage deposit.
  • If the security deposit is charged upon arrival it will be charged via credit card only. If there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded to the same credit card maximum 4 days after the guests left the property and the respective inspection for damages has been done.
  • During your stay we ask you to contact your contact person on Victoria Diagonal Mar if you find anything missing or in bad condition or if you accidentally break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it are. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something that can be fixed or replaced.
  • The owner will have 24 hours to fix any problem of the property after it is notified. If in less than this established time it is solved, there will be no possibility of compensation.
  • If the damage deposit is not sufficient to cover the damage caused by the tenant or any other group member, the tenant would have to pay the difference before departure. If the difference is not paid before the departure date there will be a charge to the credit card with which you made the reservation.

PREPARATION FOR ARRIVAL:

  • Please ensure that you provide us with your correct arrival time so that we can plan your check-in and keep your contact person informed of any changes or delays.

  • We can book a transfer to pick you up from the airport prior to your arrival, if you request it in advance.


ARRIVAL DAY:

  • You should call your contact person when you arrive at the airport, or 1 hour prior to arriving at your destination.
  • When you arrive to Victoria Diagonal Mar, our check-in agent will receive you and provide you with the following:
    • Keys of the apartment
    • Instructions on how to use equipment in the apartment if necessary.
    • Explanations on any items like rubbish removal specific to the neighborhood, local grocery stores, directions to metro station or other information regarding the area in general.
  • Victoria Diagonal Mar will be available at 15:00 the check-in day established on the booking; however we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. You may come to the apartment from 12:00 to drop the luggage and return after the cleaning has ended at 15:00.  An early check-in from 12:00 will depend on availability and could cause an additional charge.
  • It is extremely important that we have your correct arrival time. You may have to wait for your contact person and your check-in will be delayed if we do not have this information.
  • If you are arriving after 20.00 h, there is a late check-in fee of 10 €, after 22.00 h a fee of 20€ and after 00:00 h a fee of 30€; additional 10€ during holidays.


DEPARTURE DAY:

  • You should leave Victoria Diagonal Mar before or at 11:00 the check-out day established on the booking. Leaving after 11:00 without prior authorization will be penalized.
  • If you need to leave the property at a later time, please ask if this is possible before the check-in date. We will try to meet your request if we do not have an early arrival the following day. If it is possible, you may stay in the property until 18:00 but this will be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the apartment rental price per night. Leaving any time after 18:00 will entail an additional charge corresponding to the full rental price per night of the apartment.
  • We can book a transfer to drop you at the airport, if you request it in advance


CLEANING:

  • For personal clothes you have washer and dryer at your disposition.
  • In any case if you want the full cleaning service during your stay which implies an additional charge, please contact us.
  • Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the property in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied. If not, there will be an additional cleaning charge.


NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF GUESTS:

  • The client should inform Victoria Diagonal Mar of the number of guests in the booking.
  • All the people staying at the apartment will be requested for Id or Passport.
  • At least one person of the group must be adult in his country (the booking must to be signed always by an adult).
  • Only those persons indicated in the booking made by the client may spend the night in the apartment, unless an alternative agreement has been reached. In case any unaccounted guest spends the night, an additional charge will be made.
  • The number of clients using the apartment should not exceed the number assigned to it.
  • Pets are not allowed unless permission has been specifically granted.
  • Should the client fail to comply with any of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, Victoria Diagonal Mar reserves the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client in question can’t request any form of compensation.


BEHAVIOR AT THE APARTMENT:

  • Quiet time is every day from 22:00 to 08:00 (Article 59 – Ajuntament de Barcelona). During these hours loud music or noise that can disturb the neighbours is not allowed.
  • Smoking is only allowed in the balconies or in the outside areas of the building.
  • The client, on signing the contract at check-in agrees to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of their accompanying party as well as themselves. If this person or any of the accompanying party behaves in an unsuitable and incorrect manner, Victoria Diagonal Mar reserves the right to ask the person and their accompanying party to leave the apartment. Furthermore, from that moment the client will have no right to future claims or any form of compensation. Finally, the client will lose all payments made including the apartment rental and the deposit.
    If there was any kind of sanction for lack of civism due to illegal activities during their stay, they will respond personally even beyond the security deposit.
  • The objects that are forgotten in the apartment after the stay will be kept for a period of 15 days. If they are not claimed within said period, they will be considered abandoned objects, being the decision of the manager the use that is given to them.
  • We would appreciate your full cooperation in this matter and we hope you understand that these rules are necessary, as the apartment is located in residential area and the nightly rest of other inhabitants must be respected.
  • If any property or security employee has to enter to the property because of this issue, there will be a minimum charge of 60€. In order to respect the neighbors there is a decibel detector.
  • During your stay you are allowed to have guests in addition to those established in the contract as long as they do not spend the night in Victoria Diagonal Mar. The maximum additional number of people that you are allowed to invite is 5 people and it will always be subject to approval from the owners.


SECURITY AND SAFETY:

  • Please keep important values in the safety box. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged values.
  • Please always lock the door when you go to sleep or when you leave the apartment.
  • Although Barcelona is considered a safe city, when you travel to the city center there may be pick-pockets and bag-snatchers so be very careful when you are using public transport or getting into/out of taxis. Whenever possible use money belts and keep your handbags on you at all times, never leave them unattended on chairs in restaurants, in bars or shops and so on. 
  • The clients and all the property occupants are obliged to lock the doors and close the windows of the house when they leave the property or when they go to sleep. They must also check that the supplies of the apartment (electricity devices, air conditioning, oven, stoves,...) are closed or turned off when the house is left or when they go to sleep.
  • For security reasons, do not carry the keys and the address of the property together.
  • In case of losing the keys, the guest will pay the cost of changing all door locks and making new sets of keys for a total cost of up to 195 €.


LIABILITY:

  • Neither the property, nor the manager of the home, neither the property team will be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may arise as a result of the behavior of the occupants in the housing facilities, both responsible and irresponsible, for breach of the rules of use of the home, by fire, by misconduct, by theft or by any criminal behavior.
  • Victoria Barcelona Properties will not be responsible for the consequences due to problems of the supplying electricity company, weather contingencies or any other cause outside the company.
  • Any external company or professional that offers its services to our guests will be responsible for them. Victoria Barcelona Properties is only responsible of the guests hosting.
  • The property / owners are not responsible for any possible injury during the stay inside or outside the property (slips, hits...).
